Wally Su

Dr. Wally Su has more than 20 years of experience in online learning and people development and is the first Certified Accelerated Learning Facilitator in Taiwan. Wally uses simple but engaging methods to deliver complicated content in order to make it easier for the learners to engage and learn. Through the AL design and facilitation processes, Wally ensures that learners can apply what they have learned on the job after the training.

Besides being the first Accelerated Learning Certified Facilitator in Taiwan, Wally is also Taiwan’s first ATD Certified Facilitator in the Greater China Area for mobile-learning, micro-learning and blended learning certificate programs. The combination of online and offline learning expertise helps him provide customized learning solutions that align with his clients’ expectations and their desired outcomes.
