You can do this through:

Encountering the learning in positive ways
The goal of this phase is to help learners encounter the new learning material in ways that are interesting, enjoyable, relevant, multisensory, and engaging.
You can do this through:
- Learner discovery activities
- Stories, metaphors, and mental imagery

Integration
Integrating the new learning
The goal of this phase is to help learners integrate and incorporate the new knowledge or skill in a variety of ways.
You can do this through:
- Peer tutoring
- Skill-building practice activities
- Teachbacks

Application
Applying the learning to the real world
The goal of this phase is to help learners apply and extend their new knowledge and skill to the job so that learning sticks and performance continually improves.
You can do this through:
