Shilpa Subramaniam

With a background in psychology, Shilpa has been in the Learning space for close to a decade. Shilpa has been involved in all the different aspects of diagnosing, designing, facilitating and evaluating learning interventions. When it comes to the Accelerated Learning methodology, Shilpa believes that it helps create a paradigm shift in how we think about designing and delivering training programs by putting the learner in the forefront. She consults with clients to help them design interventions which drive behavioural change.

Shilpa is also certified with the Brinkerhoff Certification for High Performance Learning Journeys. This provides her with a strong design foundation to work with a multitude of industries and areas of learning.
