Marcy Hsiao

As the first certified Accelerated Learning Certified Facilitator in China, Marcy has the dream and passion to bring not only skills and tools but also deep reflection in teaching and training in China. She always believes that once facilitators change their ways of facilitation, participants(students) will change their attitude toward learning. The results of learning will vastly different, especially in the era of easy information.  With more than 15 years of experience in training focused on building and developing internal trainers’ teams for customers, Marcy has a deep understanding of the challenges within corporate spaces. She specializes in tailoring interventions to help customers build their internal trainer teams and empower trainers with designing and facilitation skills. Undoubtedly, AL is a key methodology that all trainers and teacher must have in their toolkits.
