Jenny Jian

Jenny is a facilitator and executive coach with over 16 years of solid business background in China. She has a passion to design and deliver meaningful and enjoyable learning experiences for individuals and groups. Her learning experiences are geared towards driving better job performance and making a positive impact to the bottom line. She firmly believes that learners can create and learn by themselves if facilitators design an effective learning process, set up a positive learning environment and get learners to actively engaged in it.

Jenny has been an Accelerated Learning Certified Facilitator in China since 2018. She considers the Accelerated Learning methodology as a new paradigm for learning experience design. It brings a new mindset and insights for all learning professionals in China, and Jenny wants to be a part of helping drive that mindset.
