Co-Director of Center For Accelerated Learning Europe, Learning Facilitator
Before becoming Co-Director of The Center For Accelerated Learning Europe, Helga used accelerated learning methods for over 20 years to train corporate professionals for organizations such as Alcoa, Bosch, Newsweek, Siemens, Volkswagen, and many others. In total she has nearly 40 years of experience as a successful teacher and learning facilitator in both schools and the corporate setting.
Helga also worked as an online facilitator for Royal Dutch Shell in The Hague to bring accelerated learning methods to courses with a global audience. She has facilitated accelerated learning programs internationally, in Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia. She is also the Co-Developer of the A.L. On Deck tool.
Helga has a talent for designing and facilitating activity-based learning experiences in both face-to-face and virtual formats. Her professional passions include: inspiring learners to get joyfully involved in their own learning, helping facilitators put learners in the center of their learning, and helping foster the social aspects of learning to create positive learning communities.
Outside of her professional interests, Helga is interested in new ecological lifestyles, animal rights, and the evolution of consciousness.
